Synopsis
A young couple buying a newly built ranch home in the Pleasant Valley community declines an extended home warranty, then encounters a dripping faucet, a loose stair bannister and an electrical problem as summer turns to autumn and winter. Back at the real estate office, the declined warranty and a repair quote are placed beside an offer from Dynamic Home Repair, leading the couple into a service relationship that extends beyond simply fixing the immediate problems.
