Characters reveal who they are through the choices they make and the principles they uphold. Similarly, your company's actions show customers what your business stands for.
Synopsis
Three contractors—Thompson Windows, Bonner Electrical and Bowden Construction—finish renovating a living room when their equipment accidentally knocks a family photograph from the wall, shattering its frame while leaving the picture itself intact. They later return together with new glass, a replacement frame made from excess flooring and trim, and a redirected track light, just before the homeowners enter in mourning and reveal why the photograph carries such emotional importance.
